- Participants must arrive the reception in the centre to gather and take attendance firstly
- The activity will take place within the Kai Chuen Shopping Centre, and spend most of the time with walking in the supermarkets throughout the activity
- Particiapnts can optionally bring the food lables at home for asking the registered dietitian about it
- Members with hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, high triglycerides level, and high LDL cholesterol level are encouraged to join
