Detail
- Participants must arrive the reception in the centre to gather and take attendance firstly
- The activity will take place within the Temple Mall North, and spend most of the time with walking in the supermarkets throughout the activity
- Particiapnts can optionally bring the food lables at home for asking the registered dietitian about it
- Members with hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, elevated triglyceride, and elevated LDL cholesterol are encouraged to join
