The Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre will be hosting the theme event - Seasonal Influenza Vaccine and Pneumococcal Vaccine on August 16 (Saturday) at the Diamond Hill Main Centre.

📣 Activity:

1. Free vaccination appointment arrangement (free vaccination for people aged 50 or above) and health consultation

2. Healthy cooking class and exercise class

Everyone is welcome to sign up ❗️

📍 Location: Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre (2nd Floor, Kai Chuen Shopping Mall, Kai Chuen Estate)
(Cost: Free of charge, pre-registration required; each participant can only submit one registration form, and the latest submission will prevail.)
