Cycling exercise free session: Only for members who joined and completed Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre cycling class before.

Based on First-come First-served princple, the eligible member can choose any one session to join. Each member can enrol one session only.

1)當日為戶外活動，請參加者穿上輕鬆衣履，留意天氣，準備合適衣服，防曬，懷著輕鬆的心情享受大自然的樂趣。

2)活動會使用頌缽等具磁性器材，故不建議孕婦及體內裝有金屬支架人士等參與。此外，「都市農莊」之植物設於梯間位置，不便之處，敬請見諒。

3)如身體有特別需要請註明：如易有耳鳴、行動不便/輪椅使用者等，以便導師在安排上作出調節。
