The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council has been awarded the three-year contract by the Food and Health Bureau (Now Health Bureau) to operate the Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre (WTS DHC) as a district-wise primary health care hub to enhance district-based primary health care services.
