Stick Mobility is a training system originated in the United States. It uses a special fascia stretching stick and the principle of leverage to deeply stretch the fascia that is usually difficult to stretch. At the same time, it is combined with isometric contraction strengthening training to effectively improve joint flexibility, stability and muscle strength, while also achieving the effect of stretching muscles and bones.Note: Participants must be able to stand and engage in activities independently for over 30 minutes without using any assistive devices during the class.
