Kettlebell is a sport that can train balance, stability and muscle endurance at the same time. Combining with aerobic training to achieve a certain heart rate during exercise and improve sports performance.Note: Kettlebell exercise is a kind of "High Intensity Level" exercise which is not suitable for people without regular exercise habit. Particpants of Level 2 class must complete Level 1 class beforehand.
