17/11 to 24/11 (every Mon), total 2 sessions
The class covers fundamental Muay Thai stances, as well as proper punching techniques including the jab, cross, hook, and swing. Each session also includes a 5 to 10-minute cardio and fitness segment. *Instruction is conducted in Cantonese. Note: This activity involves extensive physical coordination, jumping, and boxing movements. It is not suitable for individuals who do not exercise regularly or who have osteoporosis.
