Stick Mobility is a training system originated in the United States. It uses a specially made fascia stretching stick to deeply stretch the fascia that is difficult to stretch normally. At the same time, it is combined with isometric contraction strengthening training to effectively improve joint flexibility, stability and muscle strength, while also achieving the effect of stretching the muscles and bones.
Note: Participants must be able to stand and move independently for more than 30 minutes without using any tools during the activity.
