Utilize the properties of the Dynamic Stretch Stick to perform a range of muscle strengthening and stretching exercises.Note: Participants must be able to stand and engage in activities independently for over 30 minutes without using any assistive devices during the class.
Carry out aerobic training with indoor exercise bike.Note: Due to equipment restrictions, members who are less than 1.5 meters tall may not be able to use the exercise bike.
Carry out stretching exercise in standing, sitting and lying position with simple tools. Note: Participants must be able to get on and off the yoga mat independently without using any assistive devices during the class.
Introduce computerized gym equipment using procedures, and assess member exercise performance on gym equipment individually.
